Bob: I'm returning to yoga after 5 years. During that time, I was an evangelical Christian and believed that it was a sin to do yoga! Fortunately, I have my head on straight again and am enthusiastically returning to yoga. This blog is the place where I will record and share my progress, thoughts, and experiences with yoga. I'm looking forward to regular practice and the changes and growth that are sure to come!
